The recent present is a path through a dense digital undergrowth. We stumble through this Maze, in which the forms of the facades of the early Internet may serve as blurred pillars. Markers that pose as utopian promises. The youth crave for Frutiger Aero on TikTok. They cry out for the Pre 9/11 Utopian Scholastic Design.
There are marks in history that transcend the rhythm of what we think we know: 1994, 2007, 2016, 2022. At this point, I am just an instrument, a compass that circulates in loops feeling for those marks and pillars. Take my hand and squeeze it tight. Take my hand and follow me on a journey, that circles the core of the core of this millennium. Look at my mouth when I speak. Look how those lips form the directions we wish to follow. Stay focused. Breathe in and follow me into Digital Dream Utopia.
